Business Development Manager Required
Overview
Nexius Analytics offers a full-time remote Business Development Manager position, responsible for securing new projects and clients. The role includes a monthly base salary, performance bonus, and potential permanent position with increased salary and benefits after a 2-month probationary period, contingent on meeting performance expectations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate IT service bidding opportunities.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical experts, and sales teams.
- Review and analyze bid documents and RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements.
- Maintain a database of bid opportunities and proposals.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on bids, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
- tay updated on industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT service bidding and business development.
- Strong understanding of IT services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Understanding of Upwork bidding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
